Picasa 3 comes with a fast and lightweight photo viewer to quickly view photos on your system. It is very useful and has many good options when compared to standard windows picture and fax viewer.
Picasa Photo Viewer can be used to zoom in and out, star or rotate a photo. You can send the photo to Picasa Web Albums or a blog or any other photo editor. Also, jump directly to emailing or printing. This application is really fast and loads instantly when you open a photo.To launch this application, just double-click on any image after installing Picasa 3.
You can reconfigure the file types that the photo viewer will display by clicking the Tools menu in Picasa 3 and selecting Configure Photo Viewer. If you prefer a different photo viewer then you can deselect certain file types or disable the Picasa Photo Viewer entirely by selecting the 'Don't use Picasa Photo Viewer' option.
