You don&#39;t need to worry for anything. They will close your account by their ownself. If your account is not in use for nearly an year. I got my account clouser notice mail nearly after 11 months or so. :) so no worries at all if their customer care doesn&#39;t listen or they don&#39;t have any online accounjt closing facility. I think if you haven't given the PAN #.. you don't need to worry..<BR/>Citibank account is a waste, even you have money you cannot open an online Fixed deposit<BR/><BR/>.. the only thing safe about citibank is they have a mastero debit card.. which requires a PIN for any transaction.. <BR/>In city like banagalore where ATM/Credit card theft is quite frequent, that can be important..<BR/><BR/>Well I wish these Citi bank folks understand our concern and let us close the accountsAshishhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10589744097675475121noreply@blogger.com
